INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS CARE AND ACCOUNTING                                                                                                (LEGAL)

 

ANNUAL INVENTORY           The District shall conduct an annual physical inventory of: 

 

1.  All currently adopted institutional materials that have been requisitioned by and delivered to the District;

2. All non-adopted instructional materials purchased with funds from the IMA; and

3. All technological equipment purchased with funds from the IMA>  

 

The results of the inventory shall be recorded in the District's files and in the EMAT system.  Reimbursement and/or replacement shall be made for all instructional materials determined to be lost.

LOCAL HANDLING   

EXPENSES                            The District shall not be reimbursed from state funds for expenses incurred in local handling of
