PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled for Thursday, November 21, 2019 at 3:00 P.M. at Edinburg CISD – Maintenance and Facilities Conference Room, 1305 East Schunior, Edinburg, Texas 78541.
