Bid to start opening promptly at 3:00 p.m. Any bids received after this date and time will not be accepted.

Vendor's shall be responsible for checking the web periodically to make sure they download the proper Addendums, etc.

PRE BID CONFERENCE: A Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted at the office of the District Architect at 1305 East Schunior, Edinburg, Texas on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at 1:00 p.m.  All contractors proposing to submit competitive sealed proposals on this project are strongly encouraged to attend.

PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS:  Copies of the Bid Documents, including Drawings, Contract Documents and Technical Specifications may be obtained from RGV Reprographics, Inc., 519 S. Broadway St., McAllen, TX 78501 (956) 686-1525, Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at 1:00pm.  A deposit of $100.00 for each set of documents in check or money order payable to BEAM Professionals. The deposit of bonafide bidders will be returned in full if complete Contract Documents are returned in good condition within ten (10) days after bid opening.  The shipping and/or postage expense of the delivery of Contract Documents shall be at the bidder’s expense.
