PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled for Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at 1:30 P.M. at Edinburg CISD – Maintenance and Facilities Conference Room, 1305 East Schunior, Edinburg, Texas 78541.
PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS: Copies of the Proposal Documents, including Drawings and Project Manual, may be reviewed and/or obtained from the following: RGV Reprographics, Inc., after 1:00 PM on February 10, 2020. A refundable deposit (check) of $100.00 per set, made payable to the Edinburg CISD is required (Cost of shipping will be at proposer’s expense). Digital copies (in PDF Format) can also be obtained from RGV Reprographics, Inc. The cost-plus tax is non-refundable and payable directly to RGV Reprographics via credit card, check or money order. The files will be delivered on CD/DVD Media and shipped directly to the proposer (Cost of shipping will be at proposer’s expense).
