Bid to start opening promptly at 4:30 pm. Any bids received after this date and time will not be accepted.
Vendor's shall be responsible for checking the web periodically to make sure they download the proper Addendums, etc.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A Pre-Bid Conference meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, November 2, 2022 @ 9:00 A.M. at Maintenance & Facilities – Conference Room, 1305 E. Schunior, Edinburg, TX. The campus sites to be visited will be in the following order: Cavazos, Trevino, Canterbury, Escandon, Betts, Kennedy, Villarreal and Guerra. All campuses will be visited on this day.
DOCUMENTS: Plans, proposal packages, and specifications may be obtained by contacting the respective architect for each project during normal business days/hours. The plans will be provided via electronic submittal. Please request documents by contacting the Architectural firms above
