- To provide an effective TEKS-based science program for the students in ECISD
- To provide a research based staff development program in Pre-K -12th grade
- To provide a more focused science instruction to meet the needs of all students
- To assist district and campus staff in monitoring, evaluating and aligning the science curriculum district wide
