Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs (GEAR UP) 
 
Edinburg CISD, in conjunction with the Univeristy of Texas-Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV), Region One Service Center, schools, and community partners, support and assist students in becoming successful individuals in middle school, high school, and in their transition to postsecondary education.
