Below please find the Application Instructions & Standard Commodity Code List and Vendor List Application. This class code will be used to invite all prospective bidders during the bidding process. You will be invited to bid according to your class code, so it is very important to fill out the vendor applicatin and review the class code cafefully. This application consists of two (2) parts. After the Purchasing Department has received your completed Vendor's List Application, you will be mailed the second part which identifies more clearly the specific class codes that you chose.
