ECISD 2022-2023 School Calendar and District Level SBDM Meeting Agendas and Reference Documents:
Please email signed 2022-2023 Campus and District Level SBDM Packets to Celia Garza [email protected] by 5 PM on Friday, September 16, 2022.
Below is information for District SBDM to reference in the school calendar development process for 2023-2024:
- Texas Education Agency Additional Day School Year Program ADSY Information
- 180 Instructional Days for ADSY Program
- Student Instructional Days on 11 Months for Year Round System Designation for Earlier Start Date with intersessions scheduled
- No Student Instruction on Memorial Day Allowed
- Spring Break Considerations for Region One Livestock Show Participation
Our next District SBDM Meeting will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 4:30 PM. The meeting will be conducted face to face in the ECISD Boardroom. The District SBDM will review school calendar recommendations from Campus SBDM Committees. Make sure that any recommended calendar was presented to Campus SBDM Committee. Use the Google Form link to submit a 2023-2024 school calendar for review by 5 PM on Friday, January 27, 2023. Contact me if you have any questions.
