Below is information for District SBDM to reference in the 2024-2025 school calendar development process maintaining the designated start and end dates to both the 187 day staff calendar and 180 student instructional calendar:
- Texas Education Agency Additional Day School Year Program ADSY Information
- 180 Instructional Days for ADSY Program
- Student Instructional Days on 11 Months for Year Round System Designation for Earlier Start Date with intersessions scheduled
- No Student Instruction on Memorial Day Allowed
- Spring Break Considerations for Region One Livestock Show Participation
- The next District SBDM proposed meeting date will be on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at 4:30 PM. The District SBDM will review any school calendar recommendations from Campus SBDM Committees. Make sure that any recommended calendar was presented and approved for submission by Campus SBDM Committees. Use the ECISD Google Form link to submit a 2024-2025 school calendar for review by no later than 5 PM on Monday, February 19, 2024. Contact [email protected] if you have any questions.
